I’m a passionate somatic practitioner dedicated to fostering healing and growth for individuals of all ages—families, adults, adolescents, and children alike.

Their love has empowered me to embrace my certification in somatic healing, allowing me to create safe spaces where people can explore their emotions and reconnect with their bodies.

 

As a somatic practitioner, I endeavor to guide my clients through their unique paths of healing. I believe in the transformative power of understanding our bodies and emotions, and I am here to help you navigate what was, what is, and what is possible for your future. 

 

My extensive training in ISF, DBT, CBT, OCD, and ODD equips me with the skills to support individuals dealing with day-to-day trauma. I provide practical tools and endless encouragement that empower my clients to face their challenges with resilience.
