2) HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION

We may collect two types of information through this Web Site: anonymous information and personally identifiable information (“Personally Identifiable Information” or “PII”). We collect certain anonymous data regarding the usage of the Web Site. This information does not personally identify users, by itself or in combination with other information. We gather it to improve the performance of the Web Site. The anonymous data we collect can include information such as the type of browser you are using, IP address, and the length of your visit to the Web Site.

We may collect Personally Identifiable Information (including name, address, telephone number, email address, social media usernames) when you:

·         Inquire about our services

In all cases, you choose whether you provide us with PII, but you may be unable to access certain offers or access certain portions of the Web Site if you choose not to provide the PII requested.

3) COOKIES AND TRACKING

Cookies are small bits of data cached or stored on your computer based on Internet activity. We send one or more cookies to your computer or other devices when you visit our Web Site. We may also use cookies in emails we sent to you. We and our online service providers use cookies to improve your experience on the Web Site and in our stores, the quality of our Web Site, and the quality of other websites of interest to you. We also use cookies to remind us of who we are and to customize our products, services, and marketing to the personal interests of you and others. We also use cookies to monitor individual activity in aggregate to improve our Web Site and marketing. For example, we use cookies and other online tracking tools to:

·         Track new visitors to the Web Site

·         Collect geographic data determined by the IP address of your computer

·         Learn what site referred you to our Web Site

·         Recognize you when you return to our Web Site

·         Study how our customers navigate through our Web Site and which products they request in Web Site searches

·         Provide you with enhanced online display advertising tailored to your interests

 4) CONTROLLING ONLINE INTEREST-BASED ADS

We sometimes work with online advertising vendors to provide you with advertising pertinent to your interests. This may include advertising on our Web Site or mobile applications or on those of other companies. This advertising may be based on information collected by us or by third parties. For example, information a third party collects when you register for a website, like your zip code.

Advertising supports the free Internet. It is the primary way that most website and app publishers make money in order to produce the content consumers want. Not all advertising shown to consumers is relevant to their interests, though. Interest-based advertising is advertising that tries to make the ads you see more interesting and relevant to you based on the types of sites you visit online and other non-personally identifiable information. We conduct interest-based advertising on this website.

Without interested-based advertising, you will still see ads, but those ads are not likely to have anything to do with products or services you care about. With interest-based advertising, you receive ads and offers that are more likely to be useful to you. Interest-based advertising does not depend on the information that is personally identifiable to you, such as your name, address, phone number, etc.

 5) TO OPT OUT OF INTEREST-BASED ADVERTISING

What does it mean to opt-out?

In general, “opting out” means that you don’t want CCC to deliver ads that are targeted to your interests on your computer or device. If you use multiple browsers, computers, or mobile devices, you must opt-out of each individually. Please note that if cookies are not enabled in your browser, or if you use certain ad-blocking tools, our opt-out mechanism may not work properly. Please also note that deleting your cookies does not equate to opting out.

Mobile App-Based Opt-Out Mechanism

You may also opt-out using the “AppChoices” mobile application, which you can download to your mobile device from your App Store or via the Digital Advertising Alliance App Choices page here, http://youradchoices.com/appchoices.

Please note that you will still see ads if you opt-out. The ads delivered via annapolley.com will just not be as relevant to you.

When you opt-out, we record the opt-out on our servers, and in-browser environments will attempt to place an HTTP opt-out cookie onto your computer or device. When you opt-out, APC also stops serving interest-based advertising on that browser or device. In many instances, even if you delete your cookies, we are able to maintain a record of your opt-out on our servers. Nonetheless, please note that if you clear your cookies, or if you use a different browser or device, you may need to renew your opt-out choice.

You may learn more about interest-based advertising and opt-out of interest-based advertising from us and other online advertising companies that are also members of applicable self-regulatory organizations by visiting their opt-out links:

We reserve the right to modify this Web Privacy Policy in whole or in part at any time. We will notify you by posting an amendment to the privacy policy on the Web Site. Such modifications will become effective on the effective date posted in the notice at the end of the revised privacy policy. The amended privacy policy will apply to all current and past users of the Web Site and will replace any prior policies that are inconsistent.
