Conscious Coaching & Consulting at the Connecting Well Center
My Approach

In 2021, shy of 40 years old, Luciana opened up Conscious Coaching & Consulting, LLC. The birth of the business today stems from falling in love with her own personal development. It was impactful and courageous, and gave her the urge to give to the Universe. Today, her family practices mindfulness, belonging to jiu-jitsu, and journaling. She has invited awareness of what has been armored so that she can accept pleasure. Her gift to the world starts from holding her Coachee hands and guiding them to a safe, loving space so they can grow. Her main experience has been in family therapy, particularly around adolescent development and family connections. She is passionate, and joyful, honest and aware. She is all one needs to get where there is. Who knew that this work would make you believe in Magic.

Throughout the years, I’ve learned that the more “real” I am with people (online included), the more you can connect with me, and I enjoy building those relationships. If you decide you don’t like me, well that’s ok too. I’d rather you know ahead of time upfront, instead of when we’re elbow deep in repair and your stress level is to the moon. Trust me, it wouldn’t be good for either of us.

Personally speaking, I like to flow at a pace that is comfortable for the Coachee. Each individual person is different; some may need time to decide on an issue, while others may be quick decision makers ready to move onto the next task immediately. I enjoy getting to know clients, explain details carefully if there’s confusion, and answer any questions that I can.

My perspective with my clients is all about relationships and collaborating together. As your coach, I can guide you, support you and help you achieve your progress goals. It’s us working together to achieve your ultimate goal and it being a winning scenario for you. I love happy endings, but truthful ones are much more powerful.

So how would I describe my style? Honestly, I strive for “peaceful and happy,” which can be extremely trying at some points throughout my career and motherhood needs. You see, coaching has emotion tied to it. One of my goals is to help guide you to the very best of my ability, while also providing reassurance to you throughout your goal setting.

Everyone is different and everyone has different needs. Everyone’s style is different and, while I am direct about information and options for you at each step, my style is not pushy. If you’re looking for that “uptight-bouffant hair-business suit” coach, I’m not your girl! I love what I do and I do it very well, but those “business-suit-days” are long gone. In my honest opinion, my work has advanced exponentially in how we communicate and the vast availability of tools out there.

My job is to listen to you explain your best interest and support both disciplines and focus on your individual progress to achieve your goals. Overall, I try to be very informative and focus on relieving some of the anxiety and stress through movement. Who doesn't love to dance it out! I am a firm believer in all of us having a “Good Quality of Life'', and if I can help contribute to one's well-being, while also utilizing the gifts that God gave me in my career, then I’ve also officially accomplished my goal.
